Theater & Artistic Collaboration

I work alongside playwrights, ensembles, and creative teams in the making of new work — as dramaturg, director, story collaborator, or creative process designer. My background spans devised theater, new play development, and ensemble building, and I'm most at home in the early, generative stages where form and story are still finding each other. I bring rigor and structure to the process while leaving real room for the work to surprise us.

Organizational & Operational Support

Good ideas can stall when the practical infrastructure isn't there. I partner with individuals and small organizations to build the systems, materials, and momentum that allows creative work to flow. The support looks different every time; sometimes it's project management, sometimes it's building a website or developing communications, sometimes it's simply being a reliable, organized presence so you don't have to hold it all yourself. We can determine that together.
