Collaboration at the
intersection of
creativity & structure.

I work with artists, organizations and communities to create the conditions for meaningful work and build the structures to support it. Whether we’re designing a workshop, shaping a new theatrical work, or building systems that let creativity thrive, my goal is always the same: meet people where they are and let the work grow from there.
